On Aug 29, we are doing something special and unique –

This session will be an explanation of Alec Johnson’s music therapy work in the community. The first presentation will be the speech he will give at the international conference in Berlin, Germany on September 18th.

This speech is entitled The Huberman Protocol: Harnessing Plasticity for Wellness and Resilience. The mission of this speech will explain the protocol and provide practical tools to accelerate learning.

The second speech is entitled How to Build a Food Forest. The mission of this speech will be to explain what a food forest is, why you need one, and how to build one.

The third speech is entitled Big Bear Food Forestry inc. The mission of this third speech is to announce a newly formed nonprofit organization. The mission of this nonprofit is to promote well-being through community enrichment programs that blend sustainable agroforestry with healing arts. We build self-sufficient edible gardens that ensure food security and support a healthy ecosystem. Additionally, we provide therapeutic outlets and educational resources designed to empower individuals with tools to lead fulfilling lives.

Each speech will naturally build upon the last. This is essentially an articulation of the work of Alec’s career, a preparation for his speech in Berlin next month, and all the work that follows.

And you are invited.

We meet in the Hillcrest neighborhood of San Diego, Every Thursday at 7am (yep it is early but we have free coffee)
