Voyagers Toastmaster meetings start promptly at 7:00 a.m. Early arrival (5-15 minutes) is recommended to allow sufficient time to find a seat, get coffee or water, and converse with members and guests before the meeting is called to order. There is no dress code; members wear casual to business professional attire.

The venue is freeway close, near the CA-163 and I-8 interchange. The Friendship Hall is located through the gated courtyard (gate will be unlocked.)
The venue has a small parking lot with 2 disabled parking spaces across from the DMV. In the morning, free street parking is readily available on Cleveland Avenue, Richmond Avenue, and other nearby streets.
Members pay $6 per meeting towards the facility fee. Visitors attend free of charge.
